SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS Privacy Policy applies to the Round Hill Consulting Customer Care Messages program operated by Round Hill Entertainment LLC d/b/a Round Hill Consulting (“Round Hill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements our general Privacy Notice.
Information We Collect
When you contact us or participate in our SMS program, we may collect:
Your name, mobile telephone number, email address, and business information.
Information about your inquiry, consultation, appointment, requested service, or active project.
Messages, call details, communication preferences, and customer-support records.
Records of SMS consent, including the date, time, source, telephone number, and purpose of the consent.
Records of opt-out and help requests.
How We Use Information

SMS Communications
If you expressly consent, Round Hill Consulting may send text messages concerning your inquiry, consultation, appointment, scheduling changes, requested project updates, or customer-support needs.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to six messages per appointment or service request, with additional messages only when you continue a conversation, reschedule, or request further assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Mobile Information Will Not Be Shared for Marketing
Mobile information—including mobile telephone numbers, SMS originator opt-in data, and consent records—will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers solely to operate our systems and deliver communications on our behalf. Those providers may not use mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to Round Hill Consulting and is not transferable to another business.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, document consent and communications, satisfy business and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices

Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent us from responding through another communication channel when necessary to address an inquiry or perform an existing agreement.
